Well Cindy, more specifically bunny outfit Cindy, was my favorite character to use. The reasoning behind this was pretty simple. I only played games on VH and to have a greater chance of success you needed a team to be balanced. For example someone who was a master of David was very useful and a desired team mate. Also you needed a brute or a Kevin type character who could deal large amounts of damage. And last, but not least you needed a healer whether George or Cindy. In all actuality I believe George was probably a better character, but he was also my probably least used with Alyssa. Anyways I usually established in a game to leave all herbs to me. I was a really good team player and always made sure everyone's health was fine. I had no problem carrying just a pistol and everything else being medically related. Some how it never turned out this way as I ended up being given shotguns and grenade launchers. Call me Big Gun Cindy :P But anyways I always kept my virus level low by using blue herbs and with Cindy's duck I could avoid alot of attacks so I didn't have to use many of my supplies on my self. I guess I just liked being a team player and a key one at that.

Mark, David and Jim.

Gameplay attributes aside, it was their characters I enjoyed the most. 'Specially Mark and David-- as obscured as their backgrounds were, it felt as though you knew more about where they came from than anyone else. Jim may have been the most annoying character, but like Brad, he had a realistic sense to him on account of his cowardice.

My own online rep was pretty brief, but I was never very strategic; I’d much rather try my own luck with an enemy than wait for someone to get manhandled and me have to come save them.

If someone needed help, I would oblige but I often preferred to go ahead and take care of things myself. Hence my preference towards Mark/David.

… that.. usually worked out pretty well for me. :shifty:

Kevin.

My reason is simple. It takes courage, as well as commitment, to stick around. Especially in another's time of need, when you can very well head out on your own accord. And no matter the situation, he always did his best to stay calm and optomistic.

Like, when he and Jim were left behind, instead of using his last round on Jim, he simply ignored the young man, not figuring much of it. And when Rita cried for Marvin, he comforted her in her time of need... even though no one could really comfort him. (Like he needs it, the goof)

It's his optomistic, happy-golucky nature that won me over. Not to mention his integrity and morality as a police officer, as he honored his 'oath' to protect and serve the citizens' of Raccoon City. That is why. Besides, I think he 'proved' himself by stepping up to the plate in Raccoon's time of need.

Alyssa is one of my favorite Resident Evil characters of all time. It was refreshing to have a character that was strong and not afraid to say anything as well as funny and altogether useful with her ability to potshot, pick locks, back step, etc. I also like how she wasn't really the worst at anything--she had a good vitality, strength, virus gauge, and decent to vital scenario shortcuts; and just talking about her makes me want to play. :sigh:

Alyssa without a doubt. She was such a smart@ss with quotes she had. She was the strongest of the female characters on Outbreak, and had an interesting connection to Umbrella.

But, my favorite character to actually play as was Yoko. You have to have as much inventory space as possible, and her backpack provided that.

There's two ways this can end. And in both of them, you die.

Kevin had the fire power and the wacky personality. I liked him, David and Alyssa the best.

Cindy! She was kind, driven and optimistic. Exactly how I would want to be in that situation. :)

Fuck it, for Chris.

My top favorite was Cindy, followed by Yoko and Alyssa (in no specific order, it just depened on my mood or the scenario). But, Alyssa didn't have great vitality like you guys are saying. She was only a bit above Cindy, and if Cindy DID get hurt, she had herbs to back it up. In fact, Alyssa, Cindy, and Yoko has the lowest in the game, in that order (from greatest to least). That's probably why they gave them dodges, as an excuse to make the females weaker. And then I liked Jim next, cause he was fun, and annoying, and I'd spam speak with him. :r

But anyways, I liked Cindy because I became really good with her dodge. I liked to play on very hard with no weapons, so her dodge came in handy. I also liked helping people a lot in it (unless, you know, they were jerks, then have fun dying O.o). But yeah, I liked shouldering people around, picking them off the ground, and with Cindy, I could heal them too.

Plus, she was just so cute :D With her little outfits and her sweet personality. If I was in a zombie filled city, I'd want someone with a positive, helpful attitude like Cindy's. She was a team player, whereas others (just by personality, not at all by how people played them), seemed very self centered. These characters to me were Alyssa, David, and Jim (because he was a coward). Where as Kevin, Cindy, and Mark seemed to be the biggest helpers (character wise again, not play wise).

The one thing that I hated though was that Cindy and George had a thing together, and I hated George. A lot. With a passion, but I don't know why. But yeah, Cindy was best to me. :)
