I feel like they've been trying to do a good co-op game for a while; such as with RE0, the Outbreaks, RE2 to some degree, etc. What did you think about the co-op in RE5, and would you like them to keep that feature in future games? |

I find it very... Well offline it's too cramped. I hate split-screens for this kind of game. Split-screen with a friend who has no clue how to play is even worse. Honestly, I have yet to play co-op online though =x XD I'd imagine it would be about 10 times easier than offline though, simple for the fact that split screen isn't there (Assuming you get a decent partner) |

To the contrary Corey, sometimes online Co-op is WORSE than offline Co-op. |

I hated it, maybe as an option, but i hated it was mandatory. I just couldn't stand having a partner throughout the entire game. The point of survival horror, is feeling stranded, and alone. Sure, you'll run into other characters, but it's suppose to be only you playing through the game. Now, I love the concept of the Outbreak games, cause that was the game's goal, teamwork. But not a game in the core series. RE5 just really blew, in every way to me. Edited by hcfwesker, Nov 1 2009, 09:22 PM.

I enjoy co-op, a lot, and I hope there are more RE titles that have co-op in them, maybe even up to four players. Perhaps not in the main story though. |
