The background to their stories and creation were amazing discovering in the first RE game. RE1 & RE:CV are the only 2 RE games to actually capture the mysterious aspect of discovery in the RE games. I think reading the Umbrella Conspiracy; book 1 from SD Perry, really made Plant42 even more amazing. Not the actual creature, or battle, but the background to it's creation. Other than that ... Hunters Rule!!!

From Director's Cut to CV; to even RE4. The way his virus adapted to his being. My second choice would have to be zombies in general. It's amazing. Just the idea of zombies. I also like many of the Resident Evil 4 characters. Much like El Gigante, he was very interesting. To think of the ability of a parasite to cause such a growth? Simply superb.

So when it comes to favorite enemies it's usually creepy spider based ones.
